- What you earn. 15% of the customer’s paid subscription (“Net Revenue”) for up to 12 months from their first paid month.
- Tracking window. 90-day cookie. By default we use last-click from your unique link. If tracking breaks, email us within 30 days and we’ll do our best to make it right.
- Who qualifies. New customers only (not already active with Veza). No self-referrals (signing up yourself or a company you own/control).
- When you’re paid. We pay monthly, with a 30-day hold on each billed month to allow for refunds/chargebacks.
- Refunds/chargebacks. If a month is refunded, charged back, or unpaid, that month’s commission isn’t owed (or may be reversed).
- How to promote. Be truthful and respectful—no spam, no misleading claims. If you’re unsure about a promotion, just ask us.
- Taxes & details. You’re responsible for any required tax forms and taxes. We pay via the methods we make available.
- Updates. We may tweak these terms going forward, but we’ll honor commissions already earned under the terms in place.
