This script below can be used for outbound calls to potential new clients who email, text, or complete a new-client contact form on your website or elsewhere. We are using an attorney client as an example to illustrate our services.
Receptionist: Hi, this is [receptionist name], calling over from [law firm name]. I’m following up on the new client form you filled out today/yesterday. If you have a couple of minutes, is it alright if I ask you a few questions?
Caller: Yes, of course.
Please tell me:
[Info: Name, email, direct phone number, and address.]
[Collects basic details:] What has happened, and when, how, and where did the situation/accident happen?
